HUDA has announced the plots in premium locations of Haryana including Panchkula, Faridabad, Karnal, Bahadurgarh and Gurgaon. It will be auctioned at lower ranges, making it easier for economically deprived applicants to own a house. The common plot sizes on offer under the scheme by HSVP are one and two Kanal plots and 6, 8 and 10 Marla plots.
Development Authority offers residential plots of various sizes and prices in different cities of Haryana. The plots are allotted through a lottery system, and applicants can choose the size and location of the plot as per their requirements.
